Can I return my Memories In Writing products?

Memories In Writing will accept returns of Captured Memories Workbooks that are in brand new condition within 14 days of purchase. Memories In Writing does not accept returns of any physical items that are not in brand new condition, due to the personalized nature of the product.

Memories In Writing cannot accept returns or exchanges of Promotional Workbooks, Online Workbooks, Interview Services or Workshops due to the personalized nature of the product.
