Can I return my Memories In Writing products?

 

• Memories In Writing will accept returns of Captured Memories Workbooks that are in brand new condition within 14 days of purchase. Memories In Writing does not accept returns of any physical items that are not in brand new condition, due to the personalized nature of the product.
   

• Memories In Writing cannot accept returns or exchanges of Promotional Workbooks, Online Workbooks, Interview Services or Workshops due to the personalized nature of the product.

 

Memories In Writing encourages customers to reach out with any questions or concerns so we can work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

 

At Memories In Writing, our ultimate goal is for customers to walk away satisfied they’ve preserved their legacy or the legacy of a loved one. 

 

How can I return my Captured Memories Workbook?

 

We ask that you reach out to us directly to let us know you are planning to return your workbook. We will refund the price of your workbook upon receipt of the workbook (in new condition).
